First working meeting about the next stage of the Project ‘Western Balkans Civil Society Development Network’ in Ečka from 16 to 18 March 2011 organised by the OSCE Mission in Serbia.

The meeting mainly focused on the topic: ‘Overview of the Decisions by the Croatian Government on Purchase of the Apartments Inside and Outside of the Areas of Special State Concern.’  The topic of the discussion was selected, because of its relevance at this point in light of the making of the regulation governing the terms for purchase of the state-owned houses or apartments in the areas of special state concern-I and ongoing poll about the needs of the former occupancy rights holders from the Republic of Croatia residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina organised by the Ministry for Refugees and Displaced Persons of the Republic Srpska.
